Rapid Image is proud to introduce a new feature in Rapid Med and Rapid Pro – Two-Way SMS.
Now, you can send reminder messages to your clients from your clinic’s phone number and ask them to confirm their appointment.
For example: “Hello Israel, this is a reminder of your appointment tomorrow with Dr. Cohen at 10:30. To confirm your attendance, reply with 1.”
The client’s response will be sent back to your management software – if they confirm with the template response, their attendance will be automatically marked as confirmed.
If they reply with something different, such as “I’ll be 15 minutes late,” the response will appear in a new column called “SMS Feedback.”
