The signature process is as follows:
- The user produces the required document in the Rapid System and sends it to the tablet using the appropriate option;
- The document appears on a special A4 size tablet, allowing the client to read the document he is signing;
- The signed document is saved and undergoes processing at an electronic signature server, which converts the document to a .pdf file signed with a digital signature, and instantly archives it in the client’s folder in Rapid Pro.
